Deposit & Insurance

All customers must provide proof of full coverage insurance to pickup our trailers. If full coverage is not available it can be purchased through open trails.

Campers must be rented with a $500 deposit. Deposit is refunded 100% on the day of return, if the camper is returned without damage.

Cancelation Policy

100% refund if over 30 days until pickup

50% for 15-30 Days until pickup

25% for 8-14 Days until pickup

0% for 0-7 Days until pickup

Delivery & Setup

OTR will provide delivery and basic setup of your RV rental for $4 a loaded mile. (Basic delivery is to your site of choice and leveled on the site. Your are responsible for all other setup) The minimum delivery charge is $50  If the site does not provide sewer hookup there will be a $25 charge to dump the waste tanks.
